MANAGING DIRECTOR/KNOWER OF ALL THINGS
Brenda Hamrick
Brenda has been designing since her parents let her redesign their living room at age fourteen. Her parents must have been crazy but the result received rave reviews and she was hooked. Her Bachelor’s Degree at Florida State University followed by further interior design studies at New York School of Interior Design completed her quest toward being obsessed with the perfect solution for every project. Her determination to create the world’s best dressed windows with the perfect design, the perfect materials, the perfect technology, keeps us all hopping. After over 40 years of doing this, she has a long list of clients throughout the US who happen to think she’s brilliant – and this just makes more work for all of the rest of us. Brenda Hamrick is now a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida. License number CGC1530272

PRINCIPAL ENGINEER/MECHANICAL SAVANT
Zachary Hamrick
A master of all things with moving parts, Zac is our resident genius of motorization. A graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Engineering (and a born love of blowing things up and putting them back together), Zac has been designing, analyzing and testing products domestically and abroad for the US Government and allied Governments for over two decades. No motor is too complicated, no customization is too ridiculous, and no integration too complex to outwit him. If you can’t figure out how it works or how to make it work, Zac is your guy. Our motto: When you give up, give it to Zac.

ADMINISTRATOR & GATEKEEPER/HOUDINI
Lynn Dalton
Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Superhuman, you say? No, it’s our very own warm and charming Lynn. Her vast experience serves her well when she uses all fourteen of her hands to answer the phone, help unload 70 boxes from a shipment, check orders with vendors, and water the plants - oh yes, and liaise with clients while watering the plants all at the speed of light. She is THE go-to person when anything needs to get done. All remarkably done with a smile.

DRAPERY FABRICATOR / MASTER OF SCISSORS, CLOTH, AND THREAD
Hamilton Pierre
No wonder Hamilton is so brilliant at cutting and stitching. He grew up working in his uncle’s prestigious upholstery shop from the time he could walk - all before coming to this country in 1984. After working in the New York City area for of some of the finest designers there, he moved south. Let’s face it, their loss is our gain. He began working with David at Pineapple House Interiors. Soon, he was supervising the 28-person workroom. All of this experience gives him a mastery of his craft that is rare. Regardless of the intricate detail, if you can put it on paper, he will bring it to life with meticulous accuracy. He makes us look good every time.

DRAPERY FABRICATION LIASON/MAESTRO di DRAPPEGGIO
David Powers
David is originally from Maine which probably explains why he is always so calm when trying to accomplish the impossible. After almost 30 years managing a staff of 28 in his workroom at The Pineapple House in Atlanta and creating thousands of spectacular draperies, he’s sewn enough trim to cover the entire Southeast (and maybe Maine too). He tried to retire but we said NO, please don’t go! So we told him he could oversee workroom specifications from home and we’re thrilled. If you want to see magic, give the man a piece of fabric and he will make it dance.
